classroom Setup

Kitchen Chemistry Classroom Setup

The classroom is divided into 5 teams (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, etc.) with up to 6 students per team for a maximum number of 30 students per lab.
 
MANDATORY MATERIALS NEEDED:
 
Minimum of 5 baby food jars w/lids; 1 per each team of 6 students.  If you have more jars, distribute them among your students.
Heavy Whipping cream (1/4 to 1/2 cup per jar) - NOT COOLWHIP
Salt (optional)
 
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
 
Any type of container with a lid will work and the heavy whipping cream MUST be at room temperature for 12 hours.
