Students will participate in an interactive session based on their five senses and lab safety. Your class will be separated into teams to represent senses and one team will form as lab safety experts. All teams will observe experiments, predict outcomes and be encouraged to ask and answer questions. Students will record predictions and outcomes on lab journal pages. We will cover lab safety icons and students will understand how to keep themselves safe in the lab.
