Kitchen Science Fun

We will look at what type of science is conducted in your very own kitchen. A lab director will perform experiments using typical kitchen items to show how science is done in the kitchen every day. We want our students to understand science is happening all around us, not just in a lab in a major company. The students will work with a lab director to discuss kitchen vocabulary, conduct experiments using normal kitchen ingredients, and even make their very own butter in the classroom.
